Akasha Reform
Akasha Reform is founded on the revolutionary pilates system developed by the world renowned fitness innovator Joseph Pilates. Using state of the art reformer beds imported from California, an Akasha Re-Form class will target every muscle with an innovative, intense and highly effective full body workout. Prepare to gain core strength, fitness and flexibility in a way that is gentle on the body regardless of age, weight or fitness level.

Akasha Reform Cardio
Get your heart pumping with the cardio-infused Pilates Reform workout. A jump board interval workout mixed with pilates moves. Seriously toning and sculpting those abs, legs and bum, whilst also burning fat. Expect a tough, upbeat, energising workout that raises your heart rate – and above all be prepared to sweat.

Akasha Reform Gentle
This class is ideal for people just returning to an exercise routine, beginners and anyone with limited mobility through injury, illness, age or inactivity. The class will help build the bodies core strength, while also improving flexibility, particularly in the joints. With regular practice you will improve strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, alignment, breathing and posture.

Mat Pilates
These classes will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the stomach muscles with each movement. Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.

Akasha Pilates Plus
This mat class combines the muscle sculpting, core firming benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility you find in yoga. Delivered in a fat burning low impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean and incredibly defined.

Express Power Pilates
Ready to hit the map and ramp it up? A little faster, a little harder and a whole lot more leg trembling. Take your pilates workout to the next level with this Express 30min Power Pilates class. Expect to be challenged as we take things up a notch.

Akasha 1:1
If you’re new to Pilates or haven’t exercised in a while, a 1:1 session gives you the opportunity to work with one of our expert Trainers at your own pace and level to become familiar with Pilates and comfortable with the exercises and techniques, or if you are recovering from injury or illness, or struggling with a persistent niggle, a 1:1 is a great option for you
